CRAIG:

We love working with ZED! They are always excited for us to push the boat out creatively and CATCHING THUNDER was no exception. As the authors were both Norwegian and the book read like a crime novel we wanted to shoot it like a 'Scandi' drama, with exciting cliffhangers per episode and beautifully bleak looking shots. The only way to do that was to pack our bags, head over to Norway and meet the authors...

CRAIG:

I loved this play it was really moving and we really wanted to capture the heart and era in which it was set. We spent a day with the creatives and cast producing both the voxpops and cast interviews. They needed them pretty quick so we managed to get both videos out by the next day.

An Epic Shakespearian play set to awesome rock anthems. It's like this show took my Ipod and went bananas! Not wanting people to be put off by the heavy subject matter, we used my personal favourite song from the show, Bonnie Tyler - Holding Out For A Hero, to really capture the energy and fun of the show.

We had just 1 hour to shoot the content we created for the actors of this piece and boy did they deliver. Sybil Fawlty being a particular favourite. We had the guys act within a real working hotel, interacting with guests and causing mayhem. This may have had a quick turn around but it was a real gem to shoot and edit.
